Your home is simply charming! What a wonderful job you have done decorating! Jealous! We have been reworking an 1851 farmhouse for 15 years now. It's a process! So glad I stopped by got some great ideas!
Wow. What a gorgeous home! And blog! I headed over via Jenny Hobick's blog and have been perusing. I am liking everything I've seen so far (especially those brass pendants in your kitchen!). Thank you for taking time to share so much!
I'm so in love with your home that i find myself dreaming about it at night. Having said that, could you tell me where you got the print above charlie's bed and the gingham fabric used for his pillows? please continue to post pictures to inspire us! and thank you!
thank you!! the seagull print is called "Sammy the Seagull" from Wayne Pate. Serena & Lilly used to sell it but I believe they no longer carry it. I'd google and see if there is another place online that you can order from. It's even cuter in person! The wheat and white check fabric in charlie's room was bought from a place in Waynesville, Ohio called the Fabric Shack. They only sell off their bolts and will not share the manufacturer's name, however there is a check fabric from Calico Corners called "checkmate" that is very similar. A couple online sources with cute check fabrics are Lewis and Sheron and onlinefabricstore.net {search the Pindler & Pindler check line!!}. tessa
I love it all...would love to see more pics of Charlies little bedroom??? so cute.....Thanks for sharing. I am brand new in the BLOGGING world. Just started one myself. Please stop by when you have a chance. http://littlebrags.blogspot.com

Tessa, I don't see a contact anywhere so I hope you see this. I would love to have you share your favorite room in my guest series. I am scheduling for July. If interested please contact me at kimnichols45@hotmail.com.
Beautiful job on the design of your home. Love your eye...great choices in art, lighting, fabrics, furniture paint - just everything is so well done! Came via Savy Southern Style this morning and glad I did. Thanks!
I love your home and especially your dining room redo. I am having trouble with select profile and have retyped this post half a dozen times with no success. I am wondering where you got your kitchen wooden shelf brackets. I have tried everything in select profile and can't find another way to contact you. I will try again. so confused.....janice
Hi Tessa! I just discovered your blog and I love your style! Your home is so lovely. I am thinking about using wingback chairs at our dining table and was wondering about the size of yours. Are yours "regular" size or did you try to find some smaller wingbacks for your table? Thank you!!
Hi Teresa, I love the style and colors you used in your kitchen, living and dining room. Would you mind sharing your paint color selections with me? Thanks!
I just discovered your home on pinterest. Absolutely beautiful home. It seems so warm & cozy…very inviting! I am in love with those lights over your kitchen island…where are those from??
Tessa, My never,ever-ending odyssey of choosing an exterior paint color actually (finally!) ended at your blog. Tombstone Gray is precisely the color we were searching for. I am beyond relieved and thankful. If you would share the color you used on your kitchen cabinets (the open shelving is gorgeous), then my quest would be complete. I, my husband, my child, and the guys at the paint store thank you in advance.
You have a lovely home! I am working on a design project and we are very inspired by your living room! Would you mind sharing the source and/or name of the fabric of your ivory pillows with the floral/green block print and red trim on your sofa and the zebra print pillow on your side chair? As well as the throw on your ottoman? Thank you so much! -Meg
Tessa, I love everything about your home! We are in the process of doing our own "little boy's room" and are searching for a wall mounted swing arm lamp similar to the one in Charlie's room. Would you mind sharing the source, please? Many, many thanks!

I believe the color is turnstone gray, not tombstone ;). Kitchen shelves and cabinets are Old White from Fartow and Ball.
