I might have stolen this recipe out of a magazine when I was
at the doctor for my annual check up a few weeks ago.
I am usually a little suspect when it comes to recipes using low fat and fat free
cheese and dairy products, but this one sounded like it had potential.
I had intended to make this on Sunday while we watched the Super Bowl.
But we played with our children and didn't really
watch the game and I didn't really get around to cooking.
So, I made it Monday instead.
It might have been dinner.
Oh, that's bad. I promise we normally eat better.
Everything in moderation, right?
Well, I didn't exactly eat this dip in moderation.
Because it was SOOOO good.
