Love them!  I'm planning on having a couple monogrammed pillows made for our living room.  I'm wondering... a single initial, three initials, font style, thread color, etc. So inspiration hunting I went...
Old magazines, online, computer files...

How fun would it be to have a custom monogram made?  One of my favorites is the one used by designer Heather Chadduck in her homes. I think I read somewhere she uses it someplace in every room. I would too!  Here it is on the lumbar pillow in her bedroom.  It's a little hard to tell in this picture.  It looks better in the magazine.  I'm a little too lazy this morning to scan the image and zoom on the pillow, so you'll just have to take my word for it.  It is so pretty!

Alas, custom designed monograms come with a hefty design fee, but thankfully pretty stock monograms designs are a plenty!  Have a good Monday!  Hot, hot, hot July weather here!

p.s. i looked around at your blog too. i love your taste! look forward to seeing what you do with the decorator!

  2. I'm equally obsessed

  3. I got your comment about the monograms. Do you have your comments set up to come to your email? If so, I would've emailed you back through my yahoo so I wouldn't have to leave another comment here.....anyway, it seems like I wrote down a custom monogram source a whilie back {like over a year ago} of someone in Lexington that does this. I'm going to have to try to find out more about it and let you know. I've been to Gattles before. I loved that place. Thanks for sharing the website. I want to do monogram pillows in the bedroom, but that won't be for a while. You definitely got me to thinking though!

  4. Hey, me again! I found this link that I thought you may like.
I've spoken to this girl before about fabrics and she is really sweet. This may be a good place to check for custom work!

  5. Hi Tessa,
